Our Tuffcore wall and ceiling panels are made of durable interlocking virgin PVC that creates a waterproof cladding for damp or wet areas and applications.
These waterproof wall panels are light, strong, resist color changing or fading, resist mold and mildew, and install easily on existing stud walls. As an affordable alternative to Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panels, Tuffcore PVC panels eliminate the need for Oriented String Board (OSB) backing on your existing walls.
These panels come in a v-groove style and a smooth style.
They go up easily, overlap for a seamless and water-resistant application, and there’s no time-consuming or messy gluing.
With proper care, you’ll never need to replace a panel.

Our waterproof walls and ceilings come in 12-inch and 16-inch options and are available in 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20-foot lengths.
V-groove is available in a 12-inch width. Smooth style is available in 12-inch or 16-inch widths.
All panels are both ⅜ inch thick, slightly thinner than most drywall.
The v-groove panel can add a little more rigidity to your ceiling and wall applications. For wider stud spacing or high-impact locations, this may be ideal. Most customers will find the smooth panel is sufficient. Talk to one of our representatives today for more insights related to your application.
You will need a stud wall to hang your Tuffcore panels on.You will need studs on standard 16- or 24-inch centers to install these PVC panels. 12-inch framing will work as well.
You do not, however, need drywall or OSB sheeting on your stud wall. These panels are designed to be attached directly to studs. Easy!
These panels hang easily with hidden fasteners and “channels” that overlap. They create a nearly seamless look with no screws, tacks, staples, or nails visible. No messy or sticky glue is required for installation.
The panels are all the same, making installation a breeze. You can rely on the same, normal framing of your walls to hang these panels on your ceiling. For drop–ceilings, you can even cut these panels to fit the drop-ceiling grid.
