Our doors: 

• Begin with either:
  • tongue-and-groove laminated cedar wood, double-layered and run transversely for improved strength and rigidity. Compare to our competitors, who use pinewood construction, that won’t withstand abuse and moisture
  • Solid polyethylene construction that won’t warp, rust, rot or decay with time
• Use double-bolted bottom latches to prevent twisting and torquing
• Rely on stainless steel staples for longevity
• Use square washers to prevent pull through of high-traffic hardware
• Employ custom-made hardware, sand-blasted and powder-coated for corrosion resistance
• Implement a polyurethane moisture barrier between each layer of wood to prevent forage from freezing onto the door

Custom-made allows us to use heavier gauge steel than was originally used in your silo or grain space, yet still fit into those original silo door dimensions.
